At Kensley Stitch, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping for customers within the United States. Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We do not charge hidden handling fees.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or operational disruptions.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Locations restricted by shipping carriers


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
