You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn and unused
Tags must still be attached
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kensleystitch.com so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@kensleystitch.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Exchanges are accepted for items that are:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With tags attached
In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item based on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process refunds.
